Carlo is a solicitor at Bannermans Lawyers and acts for owners corporations in home building defect claims against builders, developers and home warranty insurers and for parties in strata disputes in the Local, District and Supreme Courts and in the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal. He also acts in debt recovery matters including bankruptcy and insolvency and appears as an advocate in contested matters.
Before joining Bannermans Lawyers in 2013, Carlo worked as a solicitor and a barrister for 13 years in various Sydney law firms and at the Sydney Bar practising in commercial and insurance litigation.
In 2011, Carlo completed a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney focusing on advanced topics in contract, tort law and corporations law. Carlo has presented and published papers on contribution between wrongdoers, proportionate liability and practice and procedure. He has also written for a legal publisher on bankruptcy law.
