SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE
The board of directors (the “Board”) of Natural Beauty Bio-Technology Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Chan Yan Kwan Andy (“Mr. Chan”) has tendered his resignation as the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 11 December 2013 for personal reasons. He will cease to act as an authorised representative of the Company for the purpose of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities (the “Listing Rules”) on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on the same date. He will also resign from all his positions in the subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Chan has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Board further announces that Ms. Ho Siu Pik (“Ms. Ho”) was appointed as the Company Secretary and an authorised representative of the Company under the Listing Rules and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance with Ms. Ho is a Director of the Corporate Services Division of Tricor Services Limited. She has over 20 years of experience in the corporate services field and has been providing professional services to certain Hong Kong listed companies. Prior to her employment with Tricor Services Limited, Ms Ho was a senior manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong providing company secretarial and compliance services to their clients in Hong Kong and overseas. Ms Ho is currently the company secretary of China Polymetallic Mining Limited (stock code: 2133) and Sun Art Retail Group Limited (stock code: 6808) and the joint company secretary of China Molybdenum Company Limited (stock code: 3993), SITC International Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 1308) and Yashili International Holdings Ltd (stock code: 1230). Ms. Ho is a fellow member of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom. She is also a holder of the Practitioner’s Endorsement from The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Chan for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service and also express its warm welcome to Ms. Ho on her new appointment.
