Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18
years or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and their immediate families or members of household (spouse and parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live) of The Timberland Company or Select Design LLC are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize. 3.

sweepstakes. Complete the entry form and answer the question “What is your current profession?” and you will automatically be entered to win. You will be asked to supply your name, address, telephone number, birth date and email address. You must supply an accurate, functioning email address of which you are the authorized user in order to be eligible and to be notified in the event of being selected a prizewinner. 4.
Winner Selection: Within fourteen business days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period, twenty (20) winners will be selected
at random from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified within approximately five (5) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period via US mail and/or email and /or phone, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 5.
Prize, Approximate Retail Value and Odds: We will be giving away 100 Timberland PRO Renova Tote bags (ARV: $2.50/bag) to the first 100 contestants to submit entries. Twenty (20) pairs of Timberland PRO Renova Caregiver in Blue Mosaic to 20 grand prizewinners (ARV is $60/shoe). (Total ARV is $1,200). The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 6.
General: Sweepstakes administration and winner selection and verification will be supervised by Sponsor whose decisions
are final and legally binding. No participant or winner shall have the right to contest any decision concerning any aspect of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of these or the determination as to the qualification of entries. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these rules. Proof of entry is not proof of entry receipt. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify, amend or suspend the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or force majeure or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control; neither Sponsor nor any of its employees, directors, agencies or representatives shall be responsible or liable for any garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late, lost or failed electronic entries or errors or delays in transmission of entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s sole judgment entrant has not complied with these rules. Without limitation, an entrant’s entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if entrant attempts (i) to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these rules; or (ii) provides information that is inaccurate or fraudulent; or (iii) attempts to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these rules. By entering this sweepstakes, you explicitly agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, successors, agents and representatives and their respective, advertising, design, web design, web hosting and production agencies and print production agencies and all their respective shareholders, directors, office and employees, one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental or consequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all “costs”, which you now have or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. Prize or prize notification that is returned as undeliverable will disqualify the winner and an alternative winner will be selected in a random drawing shortly thereafter. 7.
Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal,
state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes are winner’s responsibility. 8.
Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use a winner’s name, voice and likeness and any
and all identifying characteristics including, but not limited to, the taking of photographs and/or videos by Sponsor’s photographer/videographer for publicity purposes, without further consent or compensation, and winner agrees to execute any and all documents requested by Sponsor to convey such rights to own all the results thereof. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to
