It was a hot weekend on the ice rink for the Gladiators! On February 7, the Johns Creek ice hockey team beat rivals Mill Creek 3-1. All season long Mill Creek had been a tough competitor. But on Friday night Jake Footer and Cameron Menna each found the net with a score and Dylan Ferguson kept it going with an assist. On February 9, the team took on Columbus and kept the winning streak going with a huge 7-4 victory. Garett Schwartz had another big night for the team with a whopping two goals and four assists. Dylan Ferguson was a force to be reckoned with as he added 3 goals to the score board and a hat trick to his credit. Josh Kalter was no stranger to the net and added another goal for the team. Jake Patneau and Cameron Menna each had an assist. Come cheer on your Gladiators as they play Game 1 of the playoffs on Friday night, February 28!
Congratulations to the boys JV soccer team for starting their season with a dominating two to nothing victory over Lambert last night. Both goals were scored by Esteban Munoz but it was a complete team performance that led to the victory.
