How do you intend to make this COP available to your stakeholders? A COP is a direct communication from business participants to their stakeholders. For this reason, you are required to make their COP widely available.
Business participants must submit their annual COP on the Global Compact website. The first COP must be submitted within one year of joining the Global Compact. All subsequent COPs are due within each year following the first submission.
COPs are required in an electronic format and, if available, a link (URL) to the company web page that contains their COP. These must be submitted to the Global Compact COP database (www.unglobalcompact.org/admin).
Participants must also complete a brief questionnaire capturing the content of the COP and how it will be disseminated to stakeholders.
